1 mth down

One month and up 1.6. I'm not too worried because I know my body is changing with my consistent workouts. I'll update the measurements on Tuesday

Great job to all the big losers out there. I need to know what you're eating.

I'M COUNTING CALORIES LIKE CRAZY!! If you really want to know.. I'll tell you what I'm not eating! ;o) Fried food, pork, white flour, sugar, potatoes. I'm eating pretty much everything else! ;o)
You are getting so strong and you are going to rock it next month. Love your confidence in your strength and your body. This month you are going to rock it!

I need to count calories or points. I did points last year and I lost 20+ pounds. Let's kick some butt this month!! :)

I don't count calories. I am eating tons of fruit and veggies. I watch the caloric content of our meals and try to keep them lowfat!!
